Job Description
Recognizing the priority of product safety and excellent quality, we are considering the reconstruction of the certification acquisition system and the establishment of mechanisms for appropriate development period setting to promptly discuss and strengthen departmental capabilities in order to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Quality Assurance Department / Responsibilities
- Quality audits, compliance audits related to quality, horizontal deployment of quality issues
- Establishment and management of standards related to quality assurance, regulatory management related to product safety, quality education
- Development of automated auditing methods, environment development for visualizing regulatory compliance, quality questionnaire support
Establishment and operation of the quality management system for the entire group and the risk management system related to quality.
In order to achieve the above, we are looking to strengthen the following positions:
- Promoting automation and digitalization of inspection work, etc. to reduce quality compliance risks.
- Strengthening risk management in regulatory certification acquisition and production compliance following unauthorized certifications from other companies.
Planning and implementation of automation promotion strategies, plus providing support for the introduction of automated equipment. Conduct audits related to regulatory certification.
Work progress:
- For the first 6 months after joining, you will work under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Follow the department's business standards in carrying out your tasks.
- Carry out tasks as a team under the instructions of the section chief, with the section chief as the reporting line.
The departments with which you will have frequent contact are the quality assurance departments of the business divisions and the audited departments (certification acquisition departments/factory inspection departments).
Focusing on improving quality to respond to the globalization and business expansion of the group, we will strengthen the quality management system and the quality risk management system using IT/DX.
Since there is a need for personnel mainly for quality audits and quality compliance audit-related tasks.

Required Experience and Skills
Education:
University or graduate school degree (science background)
Required:
- Experience in technical business (design/development/manufacturing/inspection/quality assurance, etc.) in a mass production manufacturer of industrial products (machinery, automotive (parts), electrical (parts))
- Ability to negotiate and resolve issues and challenges with other departments
Preferred:
- Understanding of quality management systems basics and QA/QC
- Managerial experience in technical business (quality assurance, design development, manufacturing)
- Ability to understand the components of a process and create process flowcharts
- Logical thinking and ability to create rules independently
- Daily conversation level or above (equivalent to TOEIC 600 points)
