フィルター製品事業部は、世界数か所に研究開発拠点、製造拠点を構え、世界中にフィルター製品の販売網を持つグローバル事業部です。医薬品製造向けをはじめ、一般工業、電気・電子、食品、飲料マーケットをお客様とした、フィルター製品による液体のろ過、および分離のためのソリューションを提供しています。様々な分野において、我々が直面する困難な課題に対するソリューションを開発、提供し、科学を次のステージへと進めています。
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
フィルター製品事業部において日本での最大セグメントであるマイクロエレクトロニクス及び工業、飲料マーケット向けフィルター製品のマーケティング業務全般を担当するマーケティングマネージャーを募集します。フィルター製品事業部のマーケティングの職責は、販売部、技術部、製造部およびグローバルまたはエリアマーケティングチームと協働し、マーケティング戦略に則したマーケティングキャンペーンの展開、新製品の国内導入から販売、国内での戦略的な製品ポートフォリオ管理を主導し、実行することです。日本のフィルター製品事業部のポジションはユニークで、茨城事業所に製造拠点を有しており、単なるグローバルの製造拠点から輸入した販売のみならず、日本で開発・製造した製品の販売を行うことができます。中期的にはアジア地区やグローバルで活躍したり、日本の部門マネージャーへのキャリアパスも開けるポジションです。
- フィルター製品事業部においてマイクロエレクトロニクス及び工業、飲料マーケット向けフィルター製品のマーケティング業務全般を担当する。
- 販売部、技術部、製造部及びグローバルまたはエリアマーケティングチームと協働し、マーケティング戦略に則したマーケティングキャンペーンや展示会やウェビナー、学会参加等のリードジェネレーション活動を立案実行し、MQL獲得を主導する。
- ・グローバルで上市した新製品の国内導入を主導する。また新製品開発の国内顧客のVOC取り等をサポートする。
- ・マーケティング戦略に則した販売戦略の実行をサポートする。
- ・国内での戦略的な製品ポートフォリオ管理(SKU設定管理、価格設定、特価判断、デマンド管理、MOC推進、SKU設定等)を行う。
Qualification
応募要件
- 学士号以上
- 商社やメーカーでの営業経験またはマーケティング業務経験者(工業製品またはエレクトロニクス材料等)5年程度以上
- B to B ビジネスのご経験
- 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション(読み書き、会話)
- 日本語ビジネスレベル(N1)
- マーケティング部、販売部、技術部、カスタマーサービス、製造部、QARA、グローバル/エリアチーム等また社外サプライヤーやパートナーと様々な部署と横断的なコミュニケーションが必要なため他者を尊重しながらプログラムを牽引できる方。
展示会やイベント、顧客訪問が予定されるため国内出張対応が可能でフットワークが軽い方。
半導体材料や工業資材メーカー勤務経験。
- Pall/Entegris等フィルターメーカー勤務経験。
- 上記を問わずグローバルメーカー勤務経験。
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験者またはMBAホルダー。

- フィルター製品事業部 マーケティング部: 社員 6名(女性 4名、男性2名)、派遣社員3名
- 年齢構成:30代~50代
*一日の働き方/スケジュールなど / ハイブリッドで勤務可能
- 三田本社を主業務拠点とし、業務の進行状況に応じて、オンサイト、リモートワークを選択(ハイブリッド)可能
- フレックスタイム制を導入(コア時間無し)
- 有給休暇はご自身や家族の都合に合わせて取得可能
- 年末、年始、ゴールデンウィークには連続休暇取得可能
- 海外との会議(主にアジア・米国)があるため時差調整が必要な場合がある
