【募集理由】

経理部決算グループでは、2022年5月に新規会計システムを導入したことに加えて、2023年からIFRS9/17の適用が始まっております。通常の決算業務に加え、将来を見据えた既存プロセスの効率化や全般的な業務改善へプロジェクト業務、また新たな会計基準・税制への対応もお任せできる、生命保険会社での会計・経理実務経験がある人材を求めています。

【配属組織】

以下組織で構成されており、経理部全体で約20名程度。

決算グループでは、MGR含めて5名程度の組織となります。

【職務内容サマリ】

経理部の管理監督者の指示に従い下記業務をご担当いただきます(担当業務はスキル・経験を勘案してアサインいたします。)

【職務詳細】

・各四半期決算業務全般(保険業法、単体・連結)

・各種決算書類、金融庁・日銀・生命保険協会等への提出書類の作成

・決算数値報告システムを通じた決算数値報告

・会計監査対応

・税務会計・申告基礎データ作成及び納付作業

・税務調査対応

・資産査定、償却・引当に関する業務

・固定資産会計に関する業務

・区分経理に関する業務

・内部統制の推進・実施

・外部: 監査法人、会計コンサルタント

【魅力】

当社では職種により、オフィス勤務と在宅勤務を併用するハイブリッド勤務を行っております。

・在宅勤務対象職種で上司の承認を得た場合、1ヵ月の営業日数の半数以上の出社義務かつ1週間あたり最低2日の出社義務があります。上司と相談の上、ご自分やご家庭の事情、仕事の進め易さなどに合わせて柔軟に勤務いただけます(子供の保育園の送迎等での1時間程度の離席など)。入社してしばらくは、業務環境などに慣れていただく目的からご出社をお願いする予定です。

【求めるスキル経験】

■必須条件

・保険会社または資産管理会社における日本基準・IFRS決算(USGAAP等でも可)を所管する部門での5年程度の実務経験

・MSオフィスアプリケーション(特にExcel)

<以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方は優遇>  

・監査法人および会計コンサルタント等、対外コミュニケーション(含む折衝)経験

・簿記2級以上

・ビジネス英語読解力

・会計システム (例えば、Oracle ERP/ SunAccount) 使用経験

【諸条件】

■給与

・650-980万

※別途、変動報酬あり

※スキル・経験に応じて決定

※CGによってエグゼンプト手当・ノンエグゼンプト手当支給が変動

■賞与

・あり:変動報酬 年1回(3月)

■昇給

・あり:年1回(4月)

・9:00~17:00(所定労働時間 7時間(休憩60分))
