介護法人向けの事務ソフトに関する問合せ窓口です。業務に慣れてきたら遠隔操作でお客様のシフテムを直接操作し解決する対応も行います【長期就業できるのでスキルアップを目指したい方におすすめ】

【point】

・基本的には土日祝お休み月初の繁忙時期だけ出勤があります。

・3パターンの勤務時間がありますが、終わりは17:30なので無理なく働けます

仕事内容


・介護法人向け事務ソフトの問合せ受付業務

デイサービスセンターや老人ホームなどで使われているソフトウェアの操作方法を案内したり、問合せにご対応いただきます。

・電話後は問合せ内容を専用システムに入力

受信時に回答できない問合せについては、確認後、お客様へ発信する可能性あり。

勤務中の方からは、平日日中で働ける、クレームがほとんどないという声が上がっています

長期就業されている方が多い現場です。

・毎月月初 1日から10日は繁忙の為、日曜日以外のシフト制ですが、

毎月11日以降は基本的に土日祝休み・GW、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇あり。
