Job Summary

• Maximize the efficiency of output power of Solar plant.
• Prevent equipment malfunctions or damages through weed control work, snow removal work, cleaning water drainage, doing the visual inspection of PV planes, repair of the components (PV module, racks etc), repair the internal road, repair the ground or road condition.
• Responsible for proceeding above works safely.
• Weed control tasks include the use of lawnmowers, manual weeding, etc. Snow removal tasks might include the use of tractor, wheel loader or backhoe, etc.
• Adhere to necessary safety precautions and follow proper work procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Record the results of weed work, snow removal work, or modules/racks repair work based on the report format and report to the manager.
• Instruction to the subcontractor the work way, method and so on.
• Making appropriate communication with Landowner or neighbourhood

業務内容
・太陽光発電所の出力効率を最大化する

・除草作業、除雪作業、排水清掃、PV平面の目視点検、部品(PVモジュール、架台など)の修理、内部道路の修理、地面や道路の状態の修理などを通じて、設備の故障や破損を防ぐ

・除草作業には、芝刈り機の使用、手作業による除草などが含まれる。除雪作業には、トラクター、ホイールローダー、バックホーなどの使用が含まれる

・安全な作業環境を確保するため、必要な安全注意を守り、適切な作業手順に従う

・ソーラーパネルやアクセス道路周辺の雑草管理を担当する。

・排水の清掃、PV平面の目視検査、部品(PVモジュール、ラックなど)の修理、内部道路の修理、地面や道路の状態の修理などの活動に関する正確な記録と報告を維持する

・除草作業、除雪作業、モジュール・ラック補修作業の結果を報告書フォーマットに基づき記録し、管理者に報告する

・下請け業者への作業方法、作業方法等の指導を行う

・地権者や近隣住民との適切な連絡を行う

・上司やチームリーダーからの指示や作業に従い、チームプレーヤーとして効果的に働く

・環境保護と持続可能性の原則に従い、適切な廃棄物管理を行う

・申請書類の作成、保険金の支払いなど、保険加入に必要な事務処理を行う
