About the department
The Business Support Department houses multiple functions including IT, Finance, administration support, and supply systems. We comprise a team of professionals devoted to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment for our employees. The position
As an Administration Staff member, your primary responsibility is to cultivate a safe and positive working environment for Koriyama Factory (KFA) staff by enhancing the overall work environment. Additionally, you'll ensure smooth operations by effectively coordinating with KFA staff, including both local staff in Japan and those from other countries. Promoting the health and well-being of KFA employees through health management initiatives and overseeing vendors to maintain and improve workplace safety are also essential aspects of your role.
In more detail, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Business Support: Informing information to KFA staff, Tokyo office, or visitors, maintaining the security system. Answering to telephone calls and intercom. Supports on ordering lunch and calculate lunch fees. Inventory control of uniforms and order uniforms. Inventory control of stationery and order stationery. Maintenance and promote SDG's. Other business support tasks.
  • Office Support: Onboarding for new employees. Supports new employees on documents to submit. Schedule for health checks and submit health check reports to Labor Standard Office. Schedule for an interview with the industrial physician. Schedule for a vaccination. Plan, prepare, and run events to engage and coordinating with our employees and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise Vendors: Catering. cleaning. laundry. facility maintenance (such as painting walls, fire safety inspection, etc.) and Industrial wastes.
  • Events and Communication Partner (Internal & External): Prepare and facilitate Factory tours and Factory employee meetings (including communicating and setting up the network with Denmark). Supports on public relations (promote the company to be known).
  • Other roles: Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement internal communications consistent with the organization's strategic vision and mission. Also design and create visual materials for use in advertisements, publications, and other promotional materials.

    • Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexible mindset is required.
  • Experience in administration or office support is required.
  • Advanced level in English and Japanese is required.
