仕事内容
放課後等デイサービスや児童発達支援に通う、医療的ケアが必要な子どもたちのサポートを行います。
病院とは違い、子どもたちとゆっくり関われる環境で、看護のやさしさを発揮できるお仕事です。
週1日~勤務OKなので、家庭や育児と両立したい方、ブランク復帰の方にもおすすめです。
*具体的な業務内容
― 吸引・経管栄養・バイタルチェックなどのケア対応
― 子どもたちの活動中の体調観察・見守り
― 保育士や児童指導員との連携・情報共有
― 保護者への簡単な体調報告・申し送り
― ケア内容や体調の記録(所定フォーマットあり)
― 医療物品の点検や整理(勤務時間内)
※業務量やケア内容は、スキルや勤務日数に応じて調整します
※送迎や訪問業務はありません(希望により対応可)

13:00 出勤・体調確認・バイタルチェック
14:00 活動中のケア対応・記録記入
16:00 保護者への申し送り・医療物品の整理
