仕事内容


業務内容:

プラント設備工事における、プラントエンジニアリング業務(基本設計及び詳細設計)をお任せ致します。

主要顧客は、グループ会社の石原産業をはじめ四日市及び近隣の大手化学企業などです。

【業務詳細】

〇プラント設計業務

・化工計算(機器の能力計算等)

・各種強度計算(熱応力解析、耐震設計を含む)

・各種仕様書作成(機器及び配管部品)

・各種基準書作成

・機器プロット及び配管アレンジなどの空間設計デザイン

・P&ID検討及び配管設計

・詳細図の作成

〇見積・積算

・工事物量の算出、購入品の仕様検討、設計費用の算出

〇その他

・顧客の要望やニーズのヒアリング

・顧客、他部門及び協力会社との調整業務

・業務の9割はデスクワークです。現場にスケッチ等で行くこともあります。

・数億円を超える巨大プラント設備の新設工事も請け負います。

求めている人材

学問不問

【必須】※いずれか

①高専卒以上 工学部(化学工学系、機械工学系、工業化学など関連分野)

②下記のいずれかに当てはまる人材(キャリア)

・化学設備の能力計算(化工計算)の経験

・配管設計(圧力損失計算、サイジング、レイアウト等)の経験

・機器設計(熱計算、サイジング、構造等)の経験

・プラント機器または配管等の強度計算や構造計算、熱応力解析の経験

・基本設計に基づいて詳細設計をした経験

・法規(消防法、高圧ガス保安法等)や規格(JIS、JPI等)の知識

・各種材料の知識

・技術的な知識を活かした顧客対応経験(見積設計、プラン作成等)

・資格:エネルギー管理士 高圧ガス製造保安責任者 危険物取扱者 等

・パソコン操作できる方

・普通自動車免許

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり150時間

勤務時間8:00~16:30(休憩60分)

残業無い時は、自宅に17時過ぎに帰る社員も多数います

基本給:月給 24万円 〜 38万円

固定残業代:なし
