【仕事内容】

プロダクトチーム(社員約20名+業務委託メンバー)の組織力をさらに強化し、全体のパフォーマンスを上げるチーム作りを目指しています。 VPoE候補として、組織/プロダクトの成長を牽引していただきます。

OLTAの特徴は、異なる成長フェーズのプロダクト群を同時に開発・運用している点です。

・0→1: 法人カード

・1→10:クラウド請求書プラットフォームINVOY

・10→100:OLTAクラウドファクタリング

【業務内容変更の範囲】

・開発チームのピープルマネジメント経験

・エンジニアの評価制度設計、運用の経験

・経営や他部門の責任者との調整、交渉を含んだプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・開発チームのタスクマネジメント経験

【尚可】

・Webプロダクトの開発・運用経験

・開発ロードマップの作成経験

・Python/Djangoか、それに類する言語・フレームワークを用いたバックエンド開発経験

・Vue/Nuxtか、それに類する言語・フレームワークを用いたフロントエンド開発経験

・パブリッククラウドの運用経験(特にGCP)

・登壇や自社イベント、技術ブログなどを活用した技術広報の経験

【給与】

年収:940万~1000万程度

年俸制:月額784000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

東京都港区赤坂 アーク森ビル 4F

東京メトロ千代田線「赤坂」駅より徒歩9分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

フレックス制 ※基本10時00分~19時00分の実働8時間コアタイム12時00分~16時00分

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(6ヶ月)
