仕事内容:

★海外拠点のお客様と取引あり

■担当業務:

(1)電子機器(家電、産業機器等)の組み込み制御ソフトの開発、基本設計~検査テスト

(2)当社で取り扱っているERPソフトの導入に向けた要件定義、基本設計~詳細設計

■具体的には

(1)主に空調機器のマイコン制御ソフト開発に携わっていただきます。

当社顧客の製品開発になります。

年間数十種類の製品の開発が発生しており、国内外幅広く活躍の場があります。

開発業務そのものにも携わっていただきますが、顧客からの要求を社内チームメンバーに展開し、内容・進捗の管理もお任せします。

【開発製品】空調機器(業務用・家庭用)

【案件期間】数日~数ヶ月/テーマにより様々(年単位の可能性もあり)

【PJ人数】2~10数名/チーム

(2)mcframeを導入する際の要件定義、基本設計~詳細設計を行っていただきます。

エンドユーザー様と導入に向けた要件定義、基本設計が主な業務となります。

また、詳細設計以降を担当するチームの工程・進捗管理もお任せします。

※mcframeは、ビジネスエンジニアリング(株)によって開発された、

「純国産」の製造業向け生産管理システムのパッケージです。

1996年の販売開始以来、製造業を中心に多くのお客様にご利用いただいております。

弊社では、2018年にエンジニアリングパートナー契約を締結し様々な案件の開発に携わっており

2024年にビジネスパートナー契約を締結しましたなので、

今後販売~カスタマイズ、導入というところに力を入れていきます。

そのための要件定義力、基本設計力を持った即戦力の方を求めています。

■共通事項:

お客様とのやり取りは主にメールやwebミーティングとなり、基本的に自社内業務でリモートも併用いただけます。

状況によっては、客先への出張対応もしていただきます。

大手メーカー様からの請負受託開発を生業としておりますが、一方では自社開発にも積極的に取り組んでおります。

全社の事業としては、機械設計・製造・制御、電子機器の設計・製造(回路、機構、ソフト設計)、ドキュメント制作と

様々な分野の事業を展開しております。

ソフトウェアの分野では、Windowsアプリ、組込ソフト中心で業務を拡大してきました。

組込ソフトの需要は高いのですがエンジニア不足の状況が続いています。

また、近年力を入れている、生産管理システムの分野での拡大を計画しています。

・mcframeの経験者優遇

・使用する言語:java(Strutsベースのフレームワーク)、DBはOracle

・2~5人程度のチームを任せられる方

就業時間:9:00~18:00(所定労働時間:8時間0分)
