Department Overview
As a member of the system division, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all system-related aspects such as planning, development, operation, and maintenance.
All systems are open system and we are actively adopting new open source technology.
Our IT infrastructure determines the success or failure of the banking business, which we consider an important part of our social infrastructure.
You will have the chance to enjoy the thrill of working on such mission-critical systems. We are looking for new team members who can stimulate each other and grow together with us.This position will be responsible for a wide range of activities across the System Division.
You will be engaged in solving advanced issues such as Rakuten Bank's services, system strategy planning to realize business, and organizational management.

Position Details
Creating guidelines, roadmaps, capacity plans, KPIs, etc. in system development/operation
Manage IT strategy, HR development strategy, and planning support
Promote cross-divisional cooperation within the System Division
Coordinate with the business division for large projects
Provide support for implementing new services and technology
Execution/progress management related to public relations activities
Mandatory Qualifications
Ability to communicate smoothly with stakeholders
Experience in planning the direction of IT strategy (roadmap creation, etc.)
Logical thinking ability, flexibility, and multitasking capability
Aggressiveness and sense of initiative
(Match one or more of the following)
10+ years experience of in-house services development or enhancement
10+ years experience in organizational management
5+ years in public relations activities
Desired Qualifications
Experience of planning and promoting system development projects
Experience of system development process design and standardization
Experience of engineer recruitment planning, branding activities, and as a technical conference speaker
