傷病見舞金が受けられ、安心して療養出来ます
※両方あわせて約96.6%の収入が保障されます。

傷病で医療機関に入院したときの医療費(健保本人一部負担金)が『入院見舞金』として90%支給されます。
⑤【退職されるとき】
退職者慰労会の会員が、所定の条件を満たして退職する場合、『退職一時金』または『退職者慰労金』が受給できます。
⑥【ご不幸にあわれたとき】
指定職員本人、またはご家族に不幸があった場合、状況により2万円〜最大250万円の給付があります。
