★病院のバタバタ感は卒業。でも、プロとして程よく動き回れる現場★
【業務内容】
「一日中リハビリ件数に追われるのは辛いけれど、全く何もしないのも落ち着かない」という方に最適です。
個別リハビリの合間に、車椅子の調整や介護職への介助指導、入所者様とのコミュニケーションなど、やるべきことは適度にあります。
じっとしているよりも、施設内をまわって「自分にできる工夫」を探すことが好きな方に合う環境です。
【1日のスケジュール例】
08:30 出勤(一日の流れを把握し、優先順位を整理)
09:00 機能訓練(個別:身体機能の維持と、ADLのチェック)
11:30 食事の見守り(「おいしく食べる」を支えるサポート)
12:00 休憩(しっかり休んで、午後の業務に備えます)
13:30 機能訓練(個別:離床支援や歩行の見守りなど)
15:30 事務作業(記録が溜まらないよう、こまめに入力時間を確保)
16:30 相談対応(「この方の介助、どうすれば?」にOT視点で回答)
17:30 業務終了(残業なし。自分自身の時間も大切にできます)
