【仕事内容】
IT管理課は、社内SEとして協会全体のIT基盤を支える部門です。主な業務は、社内インフラの安定稼働を維持するための運用・保守、システムトラブルへの対応です。また、業務効率化やセキュリティ向上のため、新規サービスの導入企画や展開、個人情報を含む重要情報へのアクセス管理、ログ解析といったセキュリティ施策の立案・実行も担当します。
システム企画開発課は、協会の基幹システムである「検定管理システム」の刷新プロジェクトを主導する部門です。現行システムの課題分析から、業務プロセスの改善、新規アプリケーション開発の企画・要件定義、ベンダー選定、プロジェクトの進捗・品質管理まで幅広く担当します。エンドユーザーや事業部門との調整役も担い、既存システムの機能改善や保守も行います。
デジタル企画開発課は、AIなどの最新技術を活用し、デジタルを主軸とした新規事業やプロダクトの創出をリードする部門です。PdM(プロダクトマネージャー)は、経営視点でデジタル戦略を立案し、新サービスの企画からUIUX設計までを担当します。R&D(研究開発)は、LLMや生成AIといった先端技術の有効性を検証し、試験の効率化・高品質化を目指します。エンジニアリングリードは、これら新規プロダクト開発の技術面を統括します。
【求める人材】
・フロント、バックエンドのエンジニア経験:3年以上
・大~中規模システム開発(システム・アプリ)のSE経験:5年以上
・大規模システム開発プロジェクトマネジメント/プロジェクトリーダー経験
・マネジメント経験(5人程度/3年相当)
【給与】
年収870~1230万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
