【業務内容】

芝浦機械のULG-100D(5A)の超精密旋盤を5軸のNC制御で使用し、お客様のご要望に応じた光学面形状を加工

<具体的な仕事例>

  • 製品図面に基づいて、加工に必要な治具、固定具、消耗工具を選択し、場合によっては作図する。
  • 加工エリア内の温度と湿度を監視し調整する。
  • チラーやコンプレッサーなどの補助機器の日常点検を行い異常があれば。対処する。
  • 超精密旋盤の日常点検を行い異常があれば対処する。
  • 加工プログラムの整合性を確認する。

年収600万円~700万円

月収:46万円~/月額基本給:40万円~
