Background of Recruitment

• With the recent acceleration of digitalization, the utilization of IoT technology is gaining attention in the social infrastructure sector. The fusion of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) is enabling the further sophistication and higher reliability of social infrastructure. Against this backdrop, to promote the digitalization of substations in the power sector, we are considering a system configuration that utilizes optical networking for control cables between protection/control systems and substation equipment, transmitting and receiving digital signals.As we are at a major turning point where the system configuration will significantly change from conventional protection and control systems, we are seeking talent who will contribute to the development of social infrastructure systems and the realization of a better life for people through the software development of new components adapted to substation digitalization.

  Grasp market and customer demands and needs, conduct research and improvements on existing programs, processes, and procedures, and contribute to their quality improvement.Contribute to the development of new software that meets existing and customer requirements through a series of development activities, including design, coding, testing, and inspection for various software such as application software, embedded software, base software, and middleware.Constantly monitor and learn about the latest trends in information security and embed them into products to strengthen cyber security.
