仕事内容:

「感動ビジネスを創造する。」ブライダルを主に演出事業を展開しています。

■演出とは? ふたりらしい結婚式で一生の想い出を提供できる。

自社オリジナル演出(フェアリーイリュージョン、スカイランタン、プロジェクションマッピングなど)をはじめ、

事業開発部と協力し合いながら施設リニューアルデザイン設計受諾やDX化促進のWEB招待状システムなど、

幅広く「結婚式をもっと素敵にする」企画提案営業のお仕事です。

■誰に?何を売る?

事業展開はBtoB。顧客は結婚式場・ゲストハウス・ホテル・レストラン等の施設。

取引施設のマネージャーやウェディングプランナーと「カップルに響く演出とは?」を打合せしながら、

自社商品の利用率・受注数アップを達成していきます。

■商流(受注の流れ)

(1)取引先の接客担当プランナーがご新郎ご新婦にオススメ演出を提案し受注するのが基本です。

プランナーの販促受注を後押しするキャンペーン企画や自らフェアなどで接客受注も行い、

カップルニーズを直接掴みながら提案営業することが可能です。

(2)取引先の課題を解決大型案件受注で貢献度アップ

プロジェクションマッピングを提案し契約獲得をしたり、プランナーの業務を圧倒的に軽減するDXシステム

「nicosite」の導入獲得なども提携パートナー企業と協業して多角的に感動創造ビジネスを高めていけます。

・メンバークラス:月給:26万円(下限)~35万円(上限)

・リーダークラス:月給:28万円(下限)~40万円(上限)
