【仕事内容】

同社は、コンタクトセンター運営やシステム構築を創業事業として1999年に設立されました。

その後、サービス領域をマーケティング・セールスに拡大し、

顧客接点・プロセスを広くカバーする体制を構築しています。

同社は、Salesforceを中心としたCRM領域のDXを支援するプロジェクトに従事しています。

クライアント企業のDXグランドデザインの策定から、導入・活用プロジェクトのリーディング、

成果創出・評価と継続的改善の伴走支援まで、エンドツーエンドで支援しています。

特に、DXグランドデザインの策定では、クライアント企業のビジネス理解、

エンドユーザーの理解、最適な仕組み・テクノロジーの選定を行います。

導入・活用プロジェクトでは、導入プロジェクトのリーディング、

成果創出・評価と継続的改善の伴走支援を行います。

【環境】

・ Salesforceの多様な製品群(MA(マーケティングオートメーション)

・SFA(セールスフォースオートメーション)や、BI(ビジネスインテリジェンス))の導入

・ CRM(カスタマーリレーションシップマネジメント)

・領域におけるクライアント企業のDX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)を伴走するプロジェクト

【求める人材】

  • 以下、いずれかの経験をお持ちの方

・何らかの領域におけるコンサルティング経験※ 顧客接点/CRM領域以外も可(例:戦略、IT、業務/BPR など)

・提案型の法人営業(ソリューション営業)の経験

・事業開発や経営企画などの立場で、社内外の関係者と連携しながらプロジェクトを推進した経験

・顧客接点領域に関わる業務変革やオペレーション改善などの主体推進経験

【歓迎】

・顧客接点/CRM領域に関する基礎的な理解や、業務課題への関心

・AI(特に生成AI)やCRM、MA、チャットボットなど、顧客接点系デジタルツールへの知見、活用経験

・プロジェクトチーム内でのリーダーシップ、キーマンとしての業務推進の経験

・ステークホルダーと協働しながらプロジェクトを遂行した経験

【給与】

年収600~720万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
