- 企業戦略に合致した飲食プロモーションが提案され、ホテルの行動が適切な場合に実施されるようにする。
- オペレーションマニュアルの作成と更新。 定期的なミーティングを実施し、必要に応じてブリーフィングやミーティングが効果的に実施されるようにする。
- 調理部門との連携。
顧客満足度
- 全従業員がブランドプロミスを提供し、常に卓越したゲストサービスを提供することを保証する。
- アソシエイトが他部署の社内顧客にも適宜優れたサービスを提供することを保証する。
- 公共エリアにおいて、アソシエイトとゲストの交流を観察し、ゲストと話し、必要に応じて部門長を通じてアソシエイトにゲストサービスのスキルを指導する。
- すべてのゲストおよび社内顧客からの苦情が迅速かつ効率的に解決されるようにする。

- ゲストにブランドプロミスを提供しながら、可能な限り低いコスト構造で運営されていることを保証する。
- アウトレットの年間事業計画の作成を調整する。
- ビジネスパフォーマンスを戦略的に分析し、正確で有意義な予測を促進する。
- 主要業績指標に基づき、それぞれの担当者と協力しながら積極的にコストを管理する。
- 飲食料品の優遇契約交渉に参加し、リベート(数量ベースではない)、現金スポンサー、または研修や教育旅行などのインセンティブを得る。
- ホテルの運営設備やその他の資産の在庫管理と継続的なメンテナンスを支援する。特に、陶磁器、グラス類、平皿などの使用頻度の高い資産。
- マーケティング 必要に応じて部門別に年間マーケティング計画を作成、活用、更新する。
- 地元、国内、海外の市場動向、ベンダー、他のホテル/レストランのオペレーションを常に評価し、ホテル自身のオペレーションが競争力と最先端を維持できるようにする。
オペレーション
- 会社の最低ブランド基準がすべて実施されていることを確認し、必要に応じて任意のブランド基準が実施されていることを確認する。
- すべてのオペレーションを監視し、特に繁忙期には各アウトレットマネージャーと連携して必要な調整を行う。
- すべての飲食の基本が導入され、実施され、一貫して維持されていることを管理する。
- 消費者監査の結果をフィードバックし、関連する変更が確実に実施されるようにする。
- ホテルの全体的な成功とゲストの満足に焦点を当て、他の執行委員と協力的かつ柔軟に連携する。
- 飲食部門の従業員が、「We work through Teams」の精神に基づき、他部門と協力的かつ柔軟な態度で仕事をすることを保証する。
- 全従業員が季節商品や新商品の最新情報を入手できるようにする。
