大学内の静かな施設で、実験動物(主にマウスやラット)のお世話をする仕事です。

コツコツと地道な作業ですが、この飼育管理があってこそ、未来の特効薬を生む一歩になります

【具体的には】

  • 床敷替え、給餌など、実験動物のお世話
  • 関連器具の洗浄・消毒
  • 施設の清掃・消毒 など

※業務の中に重量物(1袋20kgの餌など)の運搬あり

※基本的には一日の大半が立ち仕事です

寧ろ、経験者が少ない業界ですので、先輩たちもほとんど経験ゼロからスタートしました。

未経験から始めても長く続けている方ばかりですよ。

特別なスキルと技術よりも、毎日コツコツと決まったルーティンを大切にできる「真面目さ」が一番の武器になります

最初は、先輩社員がマンツーマンで丁寧に教えていきます。

仕事しながら知識・スキルを習得していき、ゆくゆくは「実験動物飼育管理技術者」の専門資格の取得も可能です

年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由1号・65歳未満(定年のため))

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間10分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 21日

【平日】8:50~17:00(休憩1時間)

【土・祝日】 9:00~12:00

※月1回程度、土・祝日出勤あり。

その場合、別日に振り替えてお休みとなります。

給与詳細


※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 14万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万7000円 〜

月給は基本給+業務手当及び特別手当を合計して、月給20万7000円以上となります。

※一律手当は、勤務状況などにより変動する場合があります。

【各種手当】

  • 通勤交通費(規定あり)
  • 皆勤手当:2000円(欠勤すると減額)
  • 食事手当(規定あり)

  • 実験動物技術者資格手当:2級/5000円、1級/1万5000円

  • 賞与年2回あり:7月・12月

※入社1年目は就業期間に応じた額、2年目以降、平均で基本給の約2ヶ月分/回支給
