銅合金の鋳造

仕事内容:

指定の成分に配合した非鉄金属(銅合金)を熔解炉で1,200℃で熔かします。その後棒状に成型して、素材を造ります。また熔解炉の温度管理と定期的なメンテナンスも行います。

アピールポイント:

鋳造という技術を初歩から学ぶことができます。また各チームごとで交替勤務をしますので、コミュニケーション能力も身につきます。

求める人材:

フォークリスト、クレーン、玉掛技能などある方は優遇。その他必要な資格は会社全額補助で取得できます。

※交替勤務となりますのでマイカー等で出勤できる方を希望します。

勤務時間・曜日:

正社員勤務時間 8:00~17:00(休憩12:00~13:00)

20:00~5:00(休憩24:00~1:00)

※昼と夜の1週間ごとの交替勤務で夜勤時は月曜日の夜から金曜日の朝の4工数勤務となります

残業の有無:引継ぎのための残業(2.5時間/1日、月20~40時間)があります

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制、年間休日114日

特別休暇制度有(当社就業規則に準ずる)

勤務地:

工場敷地内は原則禁煙(屋外に喫煙室2か所設置)

アクセス:

マイカー通勤可(敷地内駐車場有)

最寄り駅:東武アーバンパークライン 高柳駅バス15分

給与:

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回(会社業績による)

・住宅手当(15,000円)

・食事手当(3,400~10,000円)

・扶養手当(配偶者:8,000円、子供1人:1,500円)

・禁煙手当(禁煙者:5,000円)誓約書有

・夜勤手当(夜勤1回につき3,000円)
