<主なお仕事内容>

トラックを営業所からサポートする

車両整備管理を中心とした総合事務職の

スタッフを募集します

とはいえ、

実際の業務は簡単な事務作業から

始めていただくので安心してください

  • 具体的には・・・

・ウインカーランプ、ワイパーゴムの

取替準備や車検証などの確認

・配送途中の故障車の応援

・請求書・見積書作成

  • 運賃やサービス料金に基づき、顧客への

請求書や見積書を作成・発行します。

・売上・仕入データ入力

  • 運賃や経費などのデータを

専用システムやExcelに入力し、

売上や仕入を管理します。

・その他、庶務業務

ドライバーさんのフォローなど、

バックオフィスから会社を支える

ポジションをお任せします

管轄内に在籍するドライバー30人

大勢のドライバーを陰から支える仕事です

経験やスキルに合わせて徐々にお任せします。

※どの業務に関しても、ノルマ無しです。

PCでのデータ入力や書類の作成は

決まったフォーマットへ打ち込む作業なので、

PC操作が不安という方もご安心ください

  • 身だしなみについて

制服(上下セット)を着用して

勤務していただきます。

食品を扱うため、基本的な清潔感を保つことをお願いしています

<入社後の流れ>

最初は事務作業から覚えていただきます

  • 1週間~1か月間は、、、

現場を見に行ったり先輩の隣で

直接仕事を教わります。

その間は基本二人一組でじっくり仕事を

学べる期間なので、質問は気軽にできますよ

それ以降でも、知識がゼロの人でも、

誰にでも質問しやすい雰囲気なので

困ることも少ないです

ゆくゆくは営業所運営に関われる

管理職候補にもなれます

準備や補佐配車事務・営業事務運営管理

と、ステップアップ可能

  • 未経験積極採用中
  • 社会人2年目など既卒採用も行っています

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 21日

8:00~17:00

土曜日はシフト制で出勤頂きます

完全週休2日制

  • 日祝+希望の1日

日曜日、祝日に加え、月曜日~土曜日うち

ご希望の1日がお休みになります。

年間休日:124日

夏期休暇

年末年始休暇(12/29~1/3)

慶弔休暇 (入社6ヶ月経過後より利用可能)

有給休暇

  • 入社1ヶ月経過後より10日付与。

(4~9月入社の場合。10月以降は変動あり)

  • 翌年の4月より毎年11日付与

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 23万810円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万8190円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1000円 〜

月給25万円以上

交通費支給

※一律住宅費(1,000円以上)と固定残業代(10時間分/18,190円)が含まれています。

※固定時間外を超過した場合は別途支給いたします。

※住宅費は住居形態によって最大43,000円を支給いたします。

※試用期間中(6ヶ月)の給与や待遇に変動はありません。

給与は前職の給与・経験等を考慮して決定します。
