戸建住宅を中心とした外壁塗装・リフォーム工事の調整管理事務業務をお任せします。

・工事の管理

・お客様との事前打ち合わせや施工説明など

・職人の手配や資材の発注

・工事予算の見積もり、管理

・施工現場での安全管理、品質管理など

【1日の流れ】

出社後、朝のミーティング。段取り確認。

社用車で担当する工事現場へ。 1日平均5〜6ヶ所(繁忙期には10ヶ所前後)昼食や休憩(計2時間)をはさみながら巡回します。

17時前後に帰社。 担当現場の書類作成や提出、事務処理(現場日報や業務日報)など。

業務終了。

【入社後1ヶ月間は……】

ベテラン社員の受け持つ現場に同行、仕事の流れ〜実務のノウハウを学びます。並行して、業界の専門知識や当社の商材・サービスについて学ぶ座学研修を実施。常にマンツーマンでサポートがあるので、未経験でも心配はありません。

・PCで文字入力ができる方(基本操作ができればOK)

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00〜17:30

所定労働時間:7時間30分、休憩2時間

※残業ほぼなし

月給:27万円〜30万円

※入社から最大3年間の間は1万円/1年 の昇給があります。
