【仕事内容】

<学習指導・授業なし>

小中高生向け『個別指導塾WAM』の教室長

~具体的には~

教室長として、生徒を支える教室運営業務全般をお任せします。

・生徒の募集、入塾前面談の対応

・生徒や保護者との面談対応

・生徒の目標設定および成績管理

・入塾に関する問合せ対応、保護者対応

・講師の管理(採用、シフト作成、育成など)

*教育業界経験は問いません。

入社後は本部研修に参加いただき、運営の基礎知識から学んでいただきます。

【経験・教員免許不要人柄重視採用】

おまかせする仕事は、講師の採用や保護者対応など教室の運営業務全般。そのため、学力や教育経験よりも、人柄重視の採用を行います。入社後は本部開催の研修に参加し、運営の基本から学んでいきましょう。学習指導は行わないため、他業界で管理職を経験された方は運営業務に集中して取り組んでいただけます。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり8万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

450万円/入社1年想定(月給30万円+手当・インセンティブ)
