関西を中心に全国へと展開しています。

主に工場の生産性向上、生産現場の省人化・

効率化に向けたコンサルティング

そして、

機械やロボットシステムの導入支援など

あらゆる課題解決のサポートを行います。

今回は、業績好調による増員のため

モノづくり促進コンサルタントを募集します。

・経験に関わらず月収34万円~、賞与年2回

【具体的な仕事内容】

・ロボット・機械導入を検討されている企業へ訪問

基本的に紹介による訪問のため、テレアポや新規の営業はありません。

・ニーズのヒアリング(ロボット導入、コスト削減など)

・課題を解決するためのロボットや機械の提案

・公的支援活用の申請サポート

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・法人営業の経験

勤務時間・曜日:

▼フレックスタイム制

・標準労働時間 1日あたり8時間

・コアタイム 10:00~16:00

(例)9:00~18:00(実働8h)、8:00~17:00(実働8h)

休暇・休日:

・週休2日制(基本土日祝休)

・年間休日120日以上

敷地内禁煙・トイレ男女別・広くてキレイな職場です。

※岡山支店(岡山駅近く)でも採用を行っています。

※自転車通勤可

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥340,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・想定年収:5,000,000円~

・昇給年1回(昇給率:平均6%)

・賞与年2回(6月、12月)※昨年実績

・交通費全額支給
