仕事内容


[名古屋市]人事・組織コンサルタント

【仕事内容】

総合アカウンティングファームである当社において、下記のような業務を担当していただきます。

  • ポジション(1)人事制度コンサルティング業務

・人事制度等の提案営業

・人事制度(給与制度、評価制度)設計/運用構築

・退職金制度の設計

・M&Aなどの組織再編における人事制度の統合

・役員報酬制度の設計、報酬委員会の運営支援

・人的資本開示支援

・女性活躍推進支援

・人材開発コンサルティング

・タレントマネジメント設計(サクセッションプラン、幹部育成/開発、アセスメント)

・組織開発コンサルティング(ワークエンゲージメント向上)

・人事関連セミナー、執筆業務

・その他、人事施策全般に関するアドバイス

  • ポジション(2)労務改善、就業規則整備、労務アドバイザリー業務

・労務監査/DD(労働諸法令の遵守状況調査)の実施

・株式上場に向けた労働諸法令遵守のためのコンサルティング

・就業規則など人事労務関連規程のアドバイザリー業務

・その他会社の労働諸問題に対する対応実務コンサルティング

・人事制度や役員報酬などの、コンサルティング内容のパッケージ・コンテンツ開発

(1)リゾートホテルグループの人事制度構築、及びビジネスリーダー増殖計画を策定、実施

(2)事業承継に合わせた次期CXOポストの設計・定義とノミネート人材の抽出、アセスメントの実施から個別育成計画、メンタリングの実施

(3)M&A時の人事・労務デューデリジェンスの実施、及び合併後の規程統合支援を実施

【年収・給与】

年収:500万円~1,000万円月給:322,000円~594,000円賞与実績:年2回昇給実績:年1回※前職のご年収及びご希望を考慮します。・残業代別途支給※賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。※月給(月額)は固定手当を含めた表記です。

【勤務時間】

フルフレックスタイム制(標準労働時間8時間) ※コアタイムはありません 1日8時間勤務×営業日数を1か月で勤務していただきます※平均残業20時間以内

【休日休暇】

休日日数120日

完全週休2日制(土日祝日)

  • 休暇:GW、夏季、年末年始、慶弔、創立記念日

※入社初年度の有給休暇日数は入社月により異なります(1月~6月入社:10日間、7月:8日間、8月6日間)
