外資系企業オフィスの施設警備の他クライアント企業のコーポレートセキュリティに携わるお仕事

(日勤・夜勤両方対応できる方募集)

【業務内容】

・大手外資系IT企業オフィスの出入口での受付や入退館管理

・セキュリティに付随するデータおよび受付管理

・安全保持、巡回、不審者不審物の発見ならびに対応、災害時の対応

・危機管理

【警備就労可能な在留資格】*下記以外の在留資格は応募不可

・変形労働時間制

・2シフト制(日勤、夜勤)

・想定就労日数(週4〜5日)

【待遇・福利厚生】

雇用形態:契約社員

給与 :時給(日勤 1,950円、夜勤 2,350円)*時間外手当、夜勤手当含む

交通費 :なし

手当 :休憩時間2時間分支給 *例 日勤 1,950円 x (実働10時間+休憩2時間)=日額23,400円

社会保険:健康保険、厚生年金、雇用保険、労災保険

研修等 :警備新任教育20時間 *時給1,113円換算して支給(休憩時間支給対象外)

試用期間:3ヶ月 *試用期間中の労働条件、給与は同じ

【勤務地】

・東京都渋谷区他(港区、目黒区、品川区)いずれかの拠点へ配属

・いずれの拠点も駅近

【Job Description】

・Reception and access control at the entrances and exits of a major foreign IT company's offices.

・Data and reception management related to security

・Security, patrols, detection and response to suspicious persons and objects, and disaster response

・Crisis management

Monday to Sunday (including national holidays)

07:30-19:30 or 08:00-20:00

10 hours of actual work, 2 hours break time

Monday to Sunday (including national holidays)

19:30 - 07:30 or 20:00 - 08:00

【Vacation and holidays】

・Depends on shifts (no fixed days off).

・Shifts are created for the following month after asking in advance about holiday preferences.

Benefits

Employment Status:Contract Worker

Salary:Hourly wage (day shift 1,950 yen, night shift 2,350 yen) *Including overtime and night shift allowances

Transportation expenses:None

Allowance:Paid for 2 hours of rest time *ExampleDay shift 1,950 yen x (10 hours of actual work + 2 hours of rest time) = 23,400 yen per day

Social Insurance:Health Insurance, Employee Pension, Employment Insurance, Workers' Accident Compensation Insurance

Training, etc.:20 hours of training for new security guards *Paid at the equivalent of 1,113 yen per hour (exclude break time).

Trial period:3 months *The working conditions and salary are the same during the trial period.

【Work location】

・Assigned to Shibuya-ku, Tokyo or one of the other locations (Minato-ku, Meguro-ku and Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo).

・All locations are close to train stations

【What we are looking for in applicants】

・Japanese level: JLPT N2 or higher or equivalent

・No experience in security is required
