予防保全、機器の改善など施設設備管理・保全における各業務について計画立案、実施、報告、記録
機器設備不具合、トラブル対応

防虫防鼠管理
セキュリティ(防犯・設備の機械警備)

業者管理
担当業務に関するクライアント方針、手順書(SOP等)を理解し、必要な変更があれば報告、提案し、手順に沿って更新する。
クライアント手順書(SOP等)でカバーされない業務手順はJLLマニュアルを作成・更新する
HSE(安全衛生環境)基準を理解し遵守する。業者に対しても指導し遵守させる。
コスト管理・削減の機会を見つけ、提案、実施

設備施設管理、機械、電気、建築、設備、ファシリティ管理に関するご経験

8:45-17:30(昼休憩:12:00-13:00)、土日祝休み、夏季・年末年始休暇あり。但し、一部祝日は平日と振替あり。休日出勤あり(代休取得してもらいます)

(上記は目安であり、最終額は面接後のスキル・コミュニケーション能力評価に基づき決定)
残業代:込み。基本年俸に固定残業代(月30時間相当)が含まれます。
