オペレーションシフト、フィッター、エンジニアリング、オートメーション、およびその他の機能・部門間のコミュニケーション/知識共有をサポートし、各エリアに影響を与える可能性のある問題について情報を提供する。
自己学習トレーニングの要件に100%遵守する。
割り当てられた機器の保守において能力を発揮する。
割り当てられた生産ラインのダウンタイムイベントに迅速に対応する。
トラブルシューティングスキルを発揮し、再発問題に対する是正措置/予防措置のアイデアを積極的に共有する。
シフト交代時に効果的にコミュニケーションを取り、影響を受けるチームメンバーが進行中の問題と、これまでに試みられた関連する改善/変更を確実に把握できるようにする。
サイトのスペアパーツ管理システムを理解し、サポートする。
定期的な予防保守活動の実行をサポートする。
時間が許す限り、機器のクロストレーニングを行う。
LOTOの職務を遂行し、資格を確保する。


必須要件:
機械に関する基本的な知識や技術があること。
呼び出しや予定された残業に対応できる(年末年始、夏季休暇も含む)。


追加の希望条件:
手工業の実務経験。


学歴要件:
高校卒業(または同等の職務経験)

夜勤勤務のポジションです。

Position Brand Description

The Fitter will be responsible for supporting the servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the production equipment. They are expected to develop and demonstrate technical competence on multiple lines and facility equipment.

The individual is also expected to display good customer service skills by responding promptly to downtime events and supporting front-line production staff where needed.

Key Objectives / Deliverables

Complies with all HSE aspects and supports departmental HSE plans.
Participates in safety improvement activities.
Reports all injuries, safety concerns / incidents to Supervisor.
Ensures strict compliance with safety rules and follows approved procedures for ensuring cGMP compliance.
Documents all work by following Good Documentation Practices.

Supports communication/knowledge sharing between Operations shifts, Fitters, Engineering, Automation, and other functions to keep them informed of issues that could impact their areas.

Maintains 100% compliance on self-study training requirements.
Displays competency in maintaining assigned equipment.
Responds promptly to downtime events on assigned production lines
Demonstrates troubleshooting skills and actively shares ideas for corrective/preventative actions for recurring issues

Effectively communicates at shift change to ensure impacted team members are aware of ongoing issues and what related improvements/changes have been attempted so far.

Understands and supports site spare part management system
Supports execution of regular preventative maintenance activities.
Cross trains on equipment as time allows.
Performs LOTO duties and ensures qualification.

Minimum Requirements

Mechanical aptitude.
Willing to respond to call-in and scheduled overtime work; including during year end and summer vacation.

Additional Preferences

Previous work experience in craft.

Other Information

This position is for night-shift work.
cramped quarters, ladders, and scaffolding work may be required at times.
This position may require working during company holidays.
