JD for Expert Facilitator – Project Manager Development Program (PMP Focused)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Expert Facilitator to design and deliver our flagship Project Manager Development Program.
This strategic initiative aims to build a strong pipeline of customer-facing project managers by identifying high-potential talent and equipping them with the skills, mindset, and credentials required to lead complex projects successfully.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned project management professional with deep mastery of PMI standards and the ability to translate theory into practical, real-world application within a corporate environment.
This role is central to shaping the next generation of project leaders and supporting participants in achieving PMP certification, while embodying strong leadership, ethics, and business acumen.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a structured six-session Project Management Development Program covering the complete project lifecycle—from initiation through closure.
Facilitate engaging, highly interactive learning experiences including workshops, simulations, role-plays, and case studies tailored to organizational context.
Customize curriculum and materials to align with corporate strategy, behavioral principles, and internal tools and systems.
Mentor and coach approximately 25 participants, providing ongoing guidance, feedback, and developmental support.
Prepare participants for the PMP certification examination, ensuring strong understanding of the PMBOK Guide, agile and hybrid approaches, and PMI's Code of Ethics.
Instruct participants in data-driven project management, including KPI definition, dashboarding, reporting, and the use of AI-enabled productivity tools.Build leadership capabilities such as stakeholder communication, negotiation, team development, decision-making, and resilience under pressure.
Assess participant progress through formative and summative evaluations to ensure learning objectives and program outcomes are achieved.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance program relevance and impact.
Mandatory Certifications & Experience
Active PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification, in good standing with PMI.
PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) Instructor status, including completion of the PMI ATP Train-the-Trainer program.
Verified Agile Project Experience, meeting PMI requirements for PMP exam preparation instructors.
5-6 years of hands-on project management experience, leading complex initiatives across industries (IT services or enterprise environments preferred).
3–5 years of professional training and facilitation experience, delivering project management programs to corporate audiences with demonstrable positive feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional PMI credentials such as PMI-ACP, PgMP, or PfMP.
Professional facilitation certification (e.g., IAF, INIFAC).
Prior experience in training and Project management assignments.

The Project Manager Development Program is an intensive, outcomes-driven initiative culminating in PMP certification and graduation. Participants are developed to serve as trusted customer-facing project managers and single points of accountability.
