The Role:
This is not a traditional assistant role. We are seeking an elite, high-trust right hand for our CEO. This is a "force multiplier" position for a professional who thrives in high-stakes environments and anticipates needs before they are even voiced. You will be the glue that holds the CEO's professional and personal life together, ensuring peak operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Act as the CEO's gatekeeper and proxy, managing complex calendars and high-priority travel.
- Proactive Execution: Anticipate logistical hurdles and solve them before they impact the CEO's schedule.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive data and private matters with absolute discretion.
- Hybrid Management: Balance corporate project management with personal task execution to maximize the CEO's focus.
Requirements:
- Bilingual Mastery:
Fluent English and Japanese (Required); Korean is a plus. - Availability
: Must be comfortable with "always-on" support, including evenings and weekends. - Location
