お菓子好き集まれ~ 直行直帰・平日11日勤務のお仕事

外資系お菓子メーカーのラウンダー募集

週2.3日からOK(平日のみ)店舗巡回がはじめての方でもOK

WワークOKライフワークバランス直行直帰でプライベートも充実

担当エリア内のスーパー、ドラッグストアなどを巡回し、

人気お菓子ブランドの売場づくりや販促活動をお願いします。

売り込み営業ではなく、"売れる売場"を一緒につくるお仕事です。

<こんなお仕事をお任せします>

  • 商品のご案内(キャンペーンや売れ筋など)
  • 売場レイアウトや陳列のご提案
  • 発注のサポート、販促物の設置・補充 など
  • 1日の巡回予定店舗数:4~6店舗/日 ※参考目安です。

<ラウンダーってどんな仕事?>

販売促進やマーケティングリサーチを行うルート営業の一種です。

担当エリアの店舗を巡回し、商品の陳列や売り場のチェック、販促活動をサポート。

売上アップに向けた市場調査や情報収集も行い、メーカーと店舗の橋渡し役となります。

「販売促進」や「ルート営業」と聞くと難しく感じるかもしれませんが、

実は未経験でも始めやすい仕事です

担当エリアの店舗を巡回し、商品の並びを整えたり、売り場の写真を撮ったり、

簡単な市場調査を行ったりと、シンプルな業務が中心。

営業のように新規開拓・ノルマや飛び込みは一切なし

決まったルートで効率よく働けるのが特徴なので、未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます

給与


月給117,150円〜119,350円

  • 給与内訳:

・基本給:8,850円/日

・車両費:軽)1,800円/日、普通車)2,000円/日

※燃料費別途支給 (月間の業務走行距離に10km/ℓ換算。全国レギュラーガソリン平均売価を乗算し、実費にて支払い)

・軽車両:117,150円(8,850円/日+(軽)1,800円/日×11日)

・普通車:119,350円(8,850円/日+(普)2,000円/日×11日)
