ドコモのAndroid・iPhoneの他、映像系サービスの二次受付で、マニュアルに載っていない機能やサービス・アプリについてのご案内をお願いします。
電話機の操作に関するお客様からのチャット問合せの対応もあります。
≪問い合わせ例≫
「ドコモのアプリの使い方を教えてほしい」
「サービスの設定をしたはずなのに使えない」等
・しっかりと研修&マニュアルがあります。
・Android⇒映像系サービス⇒iPhone・iPadと段階を踏んで学んでいきます、一気にすべてを任されるわけではないのでご安心ください。
・困った時にはすぐサポートをしてもらえる環境も整っています。(出社時:対面、リモートワーク時:ビデオチャット)

勤務時間・曜日:

【研修期間】 ※座学・隣席研修共に土日祝休み
■座学研修:1月19日(月)~2026年2月16日(月) ⇒ 9:00~17:30
・平日勤務
■隣席研修:2月17日(火)~3月6日(金) ⇒ 早番(8:45~17:15)、遅番(11:45~20:15)
・隣席シフトによる週5日勤務
・基本的には研修期間の延長なし
【着台後】
■早番:8:45~ 17:15 遅番:11:45~ 20:15
・土日祝を含む完全シフト制 原則週休2日制
