千葉県・東京都・茨城県において認可保育所と企業主導型保育所を8校運営している法人本部にて保育事業管理責任者業務を行っていただきます。

【仕事内容】

認可保育所ならびに企業主導型保育所の運営に関わる本部責任者業務全般

・各園園長のマネージメント

・各自治体または団体との渉外業務

・各園補助金申請ならびに請求に関するマネージメント

・各園人員配置の適正化

・各種稟議決裁

・株主法人渉外

その他上記に関わる一切の業務。

求めている人材


【必須経験・資格】

・大学卒以上

・5年以上の複数店舗でのSV・マネージメント経験者。もしくは5年以上の福祉事業における複数施設管理経験者

【歓迎経験・資格】

保育士資格もしくは幼稚園教諭第一種

保育園運営会社の本部での勤務経験

財務3表における基礎的な読解能力の保有

普通自動車運転免許証(AT限定可)

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

勤務時間:9時~18時 休憩1時間

残業あり:繁忙期等で月平均30時間程度
