ご希望の条件ヒアリング: 予算、ライフスタイル、間取りなど、お客様の細かなニーズをじっくりお伺いします。
物件のご紹介・ご案内: お客様に最適な物件を提案し、現地へご案内します。
ご契約の締結: 物件の賃貸契約に関する手続きをサポートします。
1日の流れ(例)
9:00〜: 出勤、朝礼、清掃、反響対応、空室状況の確認
9:30〜: お客様対応(物件のご案内やご契約など)
12:00〜: 昼休憩
13:00〜: お客様対応(引き続きご案内やご契約など)
18:00〜: インターネットへの物件掲載、事務処理
18:30〜: 営業終了翌日のスケジュール確認
