今回は町の安全を守る

セキュリティ・パトロールスタッフを募集します

【具体的なお仕事内容】

・防犯警報対応

・火災警報対応

・設備対応

(マンションの防火設備、水回り、電気回りトラブルなど)

・駐車場の障害対応

上記の対応を行いながら、夜間の工場巡回も行っています。

普段は待機所にて待機し、

担当エリアの契約物件(オフィスや駐車場など様々)で

異常が発生すると出動要請が所持する端末に届き

現場へ急行し対応します。

【入社後の流れ】

■入社後、2泊3日の集合研修を実施(法定教育・指定教育)

・警備業法や礼式・基本動作

・護身術

・救命技能などを学んでいただきます。

■実務研修(OJT)

個人の習熟度に応じて丁寧に対応。

無理なく安心して実地研修を受けていただけます。

マニュアルを作成し、訓練を日々行っているので、

少しずつできることを増やしてもらえればOKです◎

分からないことがあった時は指令センターから

「モニター」を見て指示を貰えるなど、安心の環境が整っています。

ゆくゆくは1エリアの担当から、部下の指導→パトロール部門全体の管理→指令センター、

お客様からの問い合わせ対応の部署、現場の役職で階級UPなど

その分パトロール手当もアップしていきます

警報が鳴ってから25分以内に

現場へ駆けつけるのが警備業の決まり。

そのため、法定速度を守りながら、

渋滞につかまらず現場に到着する近道もお教えします

■自分の時間もしっかりと確保

24時間勤務の1日出勤、明け休み、休みと3日に1回の勤務形態です。

「最初は24時間勤務?って心配だったけど、

慣れれば思った以上にやりやすかった」なんて声も

「もう他の仕事に戻るのがしんどい」そんな方も多数

勤務時間・曜日:

1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(週平均40時間以内/月平均172時間)

※交代制の24H昼夜勤務

【勤務時間】

例)10:00~翌10:00(休憩4時間+連続休憩4時間)

昼夜勤務⇒非番(明け休み)⇒公休のサイクルを

繰り返すため、月22日程度の勤務ですが

出勤回数は実質月11回程度となります。
