that partners with top hotel brands and travel suppliers worldwide. Our client is seeking an experienced
Hotel Contracting Manager
to drive strategic growth, strengthen partner relationships, and enhance product competitiveness across key markets.
Hotel Contracting Manager Key Responsibilities
- Build and continuously expand a portfolio of hotel partners based on business priorities and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel partners, providing data-driven insights and strategic consultation to maximize performance.
- Negotiate rates, promotions, and dynamic deals that enhance competitiveness and support marketing and merchandising initiatives.
- Ensure hotel content, rates, and availability are optimized and consistently updated across all channels.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new hotel partners while managing renewals and growth within existing portfolios.
- Represent the company within the Japan market, building its profile with key tourism bodies, hotel associations, and other industry stakeholders.
- Share local market insights with internal teams to support strategy and business development.
- Deliver results in line with defined KPIs and strategic objectives.
Hotel Contracting Manager Experience and Skills:
- Extensive experience in hotel contracting, revenue management, or distribution within Japan
- Strong understanding of hotel e-commerce, revenue, and distribution strategies.
- Proven track record in managing partnerships with major OTAs, wholesalers, or bedbanks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical, self-motivated, and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, dependant on business needs
