【1日の流れ】

08:00 出勤 - 夜勤スタッフからの申し送り

08:30 健康チェック - バイタル・服薬確認

10:00 生活支援 - 往診同行・リハビリ補助(医療行為少なめ)

12:00 休憩45分

13:00 記録・家族対応 - LINEでの報告も実施

15:00 おやつ前巡回 - 体調変化の早期発見

17:00 夕方の服薬介助・申し送り

17:30 退勤
