給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥290,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥40,000(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■想定月収:29万円

■想定年俸:340万円 ~ 350万円

※上記額には22時間分の固定残業代が含まれます(超過分は追加で支給)

① 基本給:250,000円(②の手当を除く額)

② 固定残業手当(時間外労働の有無にかかわらず、22時間分の時間外手当として40,000円を支給)

③ 22時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給
