スマホ決済サービス「d払い」を通じた決済・ウォレットビジネスと、共通ポイント「dポイント」の推進・拡大を通じて、お客様、パートナー、ドコモにとってwin-win-winのエコシステム構築に取り組んでいます。
■組織の業務概要
スマホ決済サービス「d払い」に関する以下の業務
・サービスにかかる法令遵守態勢の維持・強化
・関連法令/ガイドラインに係る事務・業務に関する事務企画・運用整理(AML対策含む)
・オペレーションリスクに関する企画・検証、対策支援
■担当いただく業務概要
金融法令及び各種ガイドライン(資金決済法、犯罪収益移転防止法、マネロン・テロ資金供与等)に適合した事務・運用企画、運営体制構築における管理者業務
・d払いに関する法令事務の強化、効率化の企画・運用企画、リスク管理支援
・d払いに関する事務の企画・運営サポート、事務業務等の検証
・d払いに関する規程類の制定管理 等
・マネージャーとしての各種管理業務(勤怠管理、申請承認、目標設定、進捗管理、部下評価、キャリア支援、研修受講サポート、予算策定等)

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■以下のうちいずれかの経験を有する方(3年以上)
・主に資金移動業等の決済事業者、銀行等での金融法令・ガイドライン等に準拠した事務企画・業務企画
・AML/CFT、不正対策に関わる運用の企画・事務業務の企画
【歓迎要件】
・省庁・業界団体への渉外経験
【給与】
年収 1060 ~ 1210 万円
賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
月給は固定手当を含めた表記です。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
