仕事内容:

私たちは、人事の方々が抱える「採用が進まない」「評価制度が定まらない」「福利厚生を見直したい」などの課題を丁寧にヒアリングし、最適な企業を"無料で"ご紹介することで、価値ある出会い(接点)を生み出しています。

このポジションでお任せしたいのは、企業との接点づくりから提案・フォローまで。売る営業ではなく、相手の状況を整理し、解決策につながる一手を一緒に描く仕事です。

■ 仕事の流れ(具体)

1)アプローチ:電話・交流会・SNS・紹介などで企業へ接触→商談へ

・先輩が同席/フィードバックしながら進めます

・営業記録を一元管理しているため、バッティングなし

2)ヒアリング・提案:

・採用/評価制度/福利厚生などの課題を深掘り

・解決できる企業を選定し、ご紹介

3)商談:

・アポ取得→自己紹介+課題ヒアリング→解決策の提案

・「ありがとう」を直接もらえる瞬間があります

雇用形態:業務委託

稼働:160時間/月

場所:フル出社(東京都渋谷区代々木)

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間・曜日

・9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間・実働8時間)

・完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

・残業は月10時間以内(原則定時で退勤できます)

・フレックス制度あり(コアタイム 11:00〜16:00)

・リモートワーク可(業務に応じて週1〜2日程度)

・クライアントとの定例MTGは平日の日中が中心

・作業は個人裁量が高く、集中しやすい環境

・急な予定にも柔軟に調整できる働き方を推奨

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

・年間休日120日以上

・年末年始休暇

勤務地:

・年1〜3回程度、クライアント先への国内出張あり(交通費・出張手当支給)

・基本は本社または自宅での勤務(リモート併用)

アクセス:

・最寄駅:JR「代々木駅」徒歩2分(西口から近くアクセス良好)

・東京メトロ副都心線「北参道駅」徒歩6分

・小田急線「南新宿駅」徒歩5分

・複数路線利用可能で、通勤しやすい立地です

給与:

・昇給:年4回(評価制度に基づく)

・通勤交通費支給(上限あり)

・役職手当/職能手当あり
