【業務内容】

有料老人ホームにて、看護・介護スタッフと協力しながら入居者さまの健康を見守ります。服薬管理やバイタル測定に加え、体調変化時の報告・連携も担当。チームで支え合いながら働ける環境です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

8:45 出勤・朝礼

9:00 居室巡回・健康チェック

10:30 服薬管理・体調記録

12:00 昼食サポート・休憩

13:30 午後の見守り・スタッフ連携

15:30 申し送り・記録整理

17:00 退勤

求める人材:

正看護師資格 または、准看護師資格

「経験が少ないけど大丈夫かな・・・」

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

※日勤がメインになりますが、早番、遅番も可能ですので、希望の方はお気軽にご相談ください

〈勤務時間例〉

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:

・平日だけ勤務したい

・〇曜日は毎週休みたい

・プライベートの用事があるため連休を取りたい
