競争力のある成長を実現していくために、よりショッパー起点での視座とデータ分析、そしてそれに基づいたブランド/チャネル/アカウント戦略が重要になっています。Kenvueの行動指針であるOutside-in-Focus, Owner mindset, Daring Spritを持ち、カスタマー/ショッパーマーケティングのスキルを用いながら、ショッパーxチャネル/アカウント戦略と施策立案を推進し、各ブランドのカテゴリー成長戦略に反映することで、相乗効果を引き出し、我々のブランドがもたらすカスタマーへの価値創造の競争力を上げることに責任を持っていただきます。また、担当部門の管理職の一人として、チームメンバーの育成及び他部署/他チームとの緊密の連携実現にも責任を持っていただきます。

役割と責任

■ カスタマー/ショッパーマーケティングのスキルを用いたインストア施策及び/リテールメディアを活用した施策開発

ショッパー起点でのデータ分析による機会発掘と、それに基づいたショッパー起点での施策開発と店頭展開のその実現(定番、アウト展開)
カスタマーニーズを捉えた上で、リテールメディア活用含む店内外の施策開発とその実行(特にキーカスタマー)
1.と2.を推進していくための、外部及び内部のステークホルダーとの協働

■ チャネル戦略開発の立案及びチャネル別施策の開発

購買行動/購買心理に関するデータ分析を通したチャネル/サブチャネル毎のショッパーペルソナ開発
チャネル毎の動向やチャネル特性のデータ分析を通したチャネル戦略開発
1.と2.に基づいたショッパーxチャネル/サブチャネルxブランドでの施策開発/エグゼキューション実施

■ データマスタマネジメント(POSマスタの強化/メンテナンス)

カテゴリー起点/ショッパー起点でのPOSマスタ開発/強化
開発したマスタを用いて、キーカスタマーに対するセリングストーリー開発/強化

■KPI

・会社全体の目標への各種KPIにおける貢献

・インストア施策開発(リテールメディア施策含む)に伴うDPSM(Distribution, Price, Shelving, Merchandising)ターゲットの達成

・チャネル戦略開発/施策開発とその実行

・データマスタマネジメントの全般リード&強化による会社全体の業務効率化及びデータドリブンマネジメント強化

必要とされる経験

・ピープルリーダーとして、チームを率いて、高い目標を実現した経験がある

・FMCG関連の会社において、ショッパーマーケティングに関する業務経験がある(POS/ID-POSを活用した分析など)

・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験及びPDCAサイクルを回した経験がある

・新しいことにチャレンジし、失敗した後でも高い目標を達成した経験がある
