In our
Sales Trainee Program
, you will work closely with the founding family, take on responsibility from day one, and actively shape the future of the most renowned German jewelry brand.
Our individually designed program gives you deep insights into the world of Sales at Wellendorff. Through a combination of the Accelerate Phase (intensive foundation phase) and the Deep Dive Phase (individual specialization), you will grow purposefully and take on early responsibility.
Accelerate Phase – Your Foundation (approx. 6 months)
• Deep brand understanding through the Founding Family
• Intensive training to become a sales professional with heart and a focus on customer experience
Deep Dive Phase – Your Focus (approx. 3–9 months)
You will develop according to your strengths and interests in areas such as:
• Exclusive and personal client relations
• Boutique management
• B2B sales
• High-end event management
• VIP and oversea customers
Your strenghts
• Passion for exclusive products combined with genuine motivation and curiosity
• Passion of sales and direct interaction with clients
• A strong hands-on mentality, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking
• The ability to think strategically and the desire to take on responsibility – acting as an "entrepreneur within the company"
• Initial practical experience in sales, marketing, event management, or similar fields is an advantage
• Fluent Japanese and good English skills complete your profile
