仕事内容
国立研究開発法人宇宙航空研究開発機構(JAXA)では、人工衛星、ロケット、月・惑星探査機、などのプロジェクトや研究開発等に必要な調達業務や国等からの委託契約などに関する契約事務等に従事する職員を募集します。
JAXAのプロジェクト・研究開発は企業等とのパートナーシップによって推進しており、調達業務はこれに必要となる企業等との関係構築の仕組みづくりや契約条件の設定等を行い、実際に折衝して実現していく重要な業務です。今回の公募では、契約・調達実務経験を有し、その専門性を活かして宇宙航空の研究開発に貢献できる意欲にあふれる人材を求めます。
【業務内容】
人工衛星、ロケット、月・惑星探査機などのプロジェクト・研究開発等を実現するために必要な調達業務全般。研究開発等を実施する部署等の要求内容(宇宙航空の研究開発に係るもの)を正しく理解し、これを実現するために最適な調達方法等を企画・調整し、入札や発注先との交渉等を行って実現します。
具体的には以下のような業務を行っていただきます。
・研究開発プロジェクトの調達計画の企画立案支援
・契約相手方の選定や契約条件等の折衝
・コストの妥当性確認
・監査対応
・国等からの委託契約や共同研究契約に関する契約事務等
・その他必要な手続き業務
※業務実施には規程類の他、各種業務マニュアルが整備されています。
【勤務地の補足】
※テレワーク(在宅勤務)を実施するか、採用後に協議します。
※業務習熟状況を踏まえてワークプレイス制度(*)に基づく勤務も可能です。
(*)勤務地である筑波宇宙センター以外の自宅最寄りのJAXA事業所[東京事務所・相模原キャンパス・筑波宇宙センター]にて勤務する制度。
※変更の範囲:機構規則に基づきテレワークを行う場合はその場所、組織改編等により業務の実施場所が変わる場合に機構が定める場合。
【雇用期間】
2027年3月31日まで
(ただし、年度毎の評価を行った上で、当初採用日から通算して原則3年以内の契約更新可能。さらに特別の事情により理事長が特に必要と認める場合には、当初採用日から5年を上限とし、その範囲内で契約更新可能とする。また、契約期間中、業務の必要のため、異動又は他事業所への転任を命じられることがある。)

求めている人材
- 必須能力・経験(以下の全てを満たす方)
(1)短大・専門学校卒業以上の学歴又は同等の専門知識・技能を有すること。
(2)企業等において3年以上の調達・契約実務経験を有すること。
(3)Windowsによるワード、エクセル、パワーポイント等による文書、資料作成やパソコンの操作ができること

(1)国等からの委託契約や共同研究契約に関する契約事務等に関する実務経験を有する方。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日
勤務時間(原則):9:30~17:45(昼休み45分含む)
休日休暇
完全週休2日制(土日、祝祭日)、年次有給休暇(最大年20日)、年間休日120日以上
ワークライフバランス休暇(最大年7日)、年末年始休暇(12/29~1/3)

基本給:月給 45万円 〜 64万円

給与例
※目安例(いずれも期末手当相当を含む)
・主査級(例:大卒、経験年数 9年以上):基本給約45~50万円/月 程度
・主任級(例:大卒、経験年数14年以上):基本給約54~64万円/月 程度
