仕事内容:

近畿地方の安全・安心な建築を支えるプロフェッショナル集団の一員として、建築基準法に基づく各種審査・検査業務をご担当いただきます。「誠実・適確・迅速・丁寧」をモットーに、年間約4,000件の確認申請、約8,000件の中間・完了検査実績を持つ当社で、あなたの専門知識と経験を活かしてください。

■具体的な業務内容:

・建築確認審査:建築確認申請された計画が、建築基準法や関連法令に適合しているか、提出された設計図書等を詳細に審査します。

・中間・完了検査:建築中の建物や完成した建物が、確認申請の通りに施工されているか、法令に基づき現場で検査を行います。

・各種適合性判定・証明業務:ご経験やスキルに応じて、以下の業務にも携わっていただきます。

・住宅瑕疵担保責任保険

・省エネ適合性判定

・住宅性能評価

・長期優良住宅の技術的審査

・低炭素建築物の技術的審査

・BELS評価

・フラット35適合証明

・住宅ローン減税等に係る証明書発行 など

・その他の業務:

・建築基準法適合状況調査(既存不適格建築物など)

・防災評定業務(大阪府内)

・仮使用認定に係る審査・検査

・WEB申請システム(NICE WEB申請システム)を利用した手続き対応

・経験豊富な一級建築士(38名)や建築基準適合判定資格者(30名)が在籍しており、互いに協力し、学び合える環境です。(令和5年7月時点)

求める人材:

1級建築士資格所持の方、RC造経験者歓迎。

勤務時間・曜日:

09時00分 〜 17時30分

休憩時間:60分

毎週土 日 祝日 その他(年末年始、夏季休暇、初回有給は入社時に付与(入社月により日数変動)

給与:

月給:250,000円〜460,000円

内訳

基本給:240,000円〜400,000円

技術手当:10,000 円〜60,000 円

基本給は同一職種の経験年数に応じて決定します。

別途、役職手当(10,000円〜30,000円)、住宅手当(5,000円)、家族手当(5,000円〜人数に応じて)支給あり

賞与:年2回(前年度実績) 計3.8ヶ月分(前年度実績)
