業務内容:

イープラスでは、メインとなるチケット販売事業のほか、2021年よりエージェント事業部としてアーティストのサポート・マネジメント事業、興行の企画制作事業を開始いたしました。

イープラスでは、コンサートの企画に数多く取り組んでいます。

2018年から開催している国内最大級のクラシック音楽祭「STAND UPCLASSIC FESTIVAL」をはじめ、マネジメントアーティストの公演など、ハードルが高いと思われがちなクラシック音楽をより身近に、より多くの人に楽しんでいただけるような公演の実現に日々取り組んでいるほか、イープラスの強みを活かしたライブ・エンタテイメント市場を変革・発展させ続けるイベントを今後計画しています。

【業務内容】

クラシックコンサートの企画制作、音楽フェスティバルの企画制作など、コンサートを実施するにあたり多岐にわたる業務を行っていただきます。

就業時間:

事業場外みなし労働時間制

・標準労働時間 例)10:00~18:30(休憩45分)

※入社初年度は、フレックスタイム制(コアタイム11:00~15:00)となる場合がございます。

休憩時間:

1日の就業時間が6時間以上の場合は45分間以上、8時間以上の場合は60分間以上

<期末特別賞与 実績>

2020年度・2021年度:コロナウイルス感染拡大影響のため支給なし

2022年度:2ヶ月分

2023年度・2024年度:3ヶ月分

※年度途中入社の方は入社初年度のみ在籍期間に応じて支給
