サプライヤー起因の不具合対応
現品確認、選別サポート、対策書レビュー、現場訪問による実施状況確認
変更管理の推進
案件の進捗管理、フォローアップ、変更後の品質確認
品質改善活動
不具合再発防止・未然防止策の推進、CP&PFMEA改訂サポート
マネジメントシステム運用
内部監査・外部審査対応、指摘事項の取りまとめ、文書改訂
サプライヤー品質保証
新規品・変更点管理、受入検査、体制監査、情報共有
品質システムの維持・改善
TMS(QMS・EMS)体系整備、ISO教育、IATF16949準拠の改善活動

Automobile Industrial Quality Control Experience

CAPA / SCAR Management
