Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (General Position) to join our factory specializing in the research, development, and production of printing plates. You will serve as a
playing manager
, taking responsibility for manufacturing technology and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement technical measures to improve quality, yield, and productivity
  • Optimize manufacturing equipment conditions and reduce process losses
  • Analyze defects (surface defects, production processes, etc.) and propose countermeasures
  • Develop and test manufacturing processes for new product mass production
  • Provide technical support to ensure stable operation of production lines

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in manufacturing, quality, and equipment departments to ensure a stable supply of printing plates.

Candidate Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in production technology, manufacturing technology, process design, or equipment maintenance
  • Experience leading a team as a manager
  • Knowledge of quality control methods (SPC, FMEA, etc.)
  • Experience promoting process improvements, equipment implementation, or cost-reduction projects
  • Knowledge of production data analysis (Excel, statistical analysis, etc.)
  • Experience in designing production conditions
  • Experience negotiating with overseas suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing or implementing automated equipment
  • Experience improving production using IoT or data analytics
  • Knowledge and practical experience in converting/web-handling technologies (coating, drying, chemical processes, liquid treatment, slitters, cutters, packing, etc.)
