【仕事内容】

インテージの主要事業であるカスタムリサーチ及びインターネットリサーチ事業の推進を目的に、システム・インフラの安定運用、サービス強化につながるシステム開発や機能改善の企画提案、開発委託会社の管理を行っている部署での採用です。

入社後は、国内外のグループ会社や関連企業とも連携し、カスタムリサーチ及びインターネットリサーチ事業の生産性やサービス価値向上を目的とした開発の企画やユーザー導入、プロジェクトのマネジメントを担っていただきます。

【具体的には】

・アンケートシステム(インターネットリサーチ収集系・提供系システム)を主としたシステム企画、ユーザー支援。カスタムリサーチ及びインターネットリサーチに関わるインフラ・アプリケーションの導入、改善等に関するプロジェクトへの参画(プロジェクトマネジメント)

・開発委託会社の管理・育成、ステークホルダーとの各種調整

※担当は企画・管理の業務であり、実際のシステム開発(コーディング)は担当しませんが、理解がある方が望ましいです。

約100億円規模のインテージのインターネットリサーチ事業を支える基盤システムは、社員だけでなく数百名の利用者が日々活用しています。このような大規模システムに携わることが可能です。

(※カスタムリサーチ:マーケティング課題に応じて、調査対象者、聴取内容などの調査設計を都度カスタマイズして行う調査)

【求める人材】

・ PMO・PM・PLの経験

・ 大規模Webシステムに関わる業務経験(企画・開発・運用保守)

・ 事業会社でのシステム関連部署の企画や開発の経験

【歓迎】

・ 開発会社とのやりとりは頻繁に発生する為、いずれかの初級以上の知識を有する方

‐OS: CentOS / Red Hat Enterprise Linux / Windows Server

‐DBMS: PostgreSQL / SQL Server

‐開発言語: PHP / JavaScript / GO / Python

‐クラウド環境: AWS / GCP

・ マーケティングやCRM、リサーチ関連の業務経験

・ 外部委託先企業のコントロール経験

【給与】

年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
